She completed a health care management fellowship with a large health care organization, which included hospitals and medical schools within the system, and subsequently joined the management team of that organization as a Director of Community Services.
Ms. Roberts has also had experience with a major health insurance company as a program manager in the areas of quality assurance, accreditation and compliance. In addition, she was part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security team working on programs related to assistance and recovery from the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
