AUA’s 4 year MD Program consists of four 16-week semesters. The curriculum for the MD program is based on those of the U.S., so students will have no problem being qualified and finding residencies throughout North America. Applicants can begin the program during the winter, summer, or fall semesters. As a bonus, if all the coursework is taken consecutively and diligently, the MD program can actually be completed one semester early, or in 3.5 years instead of 4.
AUA also offers 6 year options for degrees in the AS/MD program and the BSc/MD program. These paths are best for non-traditional students who need to complete some of their prerequisites before entering medical school.
